The HIVE Hub is a central and physical space for educational sessions, workshops, small social gatherings and a place to share information, skills, stories and knowledge.

We will be hosting regular repair cafes, facilitating workshops for school children and hiring out the space to partner organisations for them to promote their projects and local initiatives.

Knaresborough: A CREATIVE catalyst

Knaresborough is a beautiful and creative historic market town with a wealth of active community groups, many with long and varied experience and skills. The HIVE, Knaresborough aims to act as a catalyst by energising and supporting the talent, creativity and enthusiasm already at work here and to further inspire grass-roots youth-led action towards our environmental and sustainability goals for 2030.

Through partnerships with local organisations we intend to identify projects and funding streams to support initiatives which are seen as key to a thriving local environment for future generations in the town and surrounding areas in line with the HIVE 2030 Roadmap.
